The Columbia Missouri Cookbook [400+ Recipes]
About
The Columbia Cook Book is a culinary guidebook that was first published in 1902. It was compiled by the Ladies' Aid Society of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Columbia, Missouri, as a fundraiser for their church.
The cookbook contains a wide range of recipes for various dishes, including appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts. Many of the recipes are traditional American dishes that were popular at the turn of the 20th century, such as roast beef, fried chicken, and fruit pies.
